Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the September 29 meeting were reviewed.  Randy Wolff moved to approve.
Lance Wang seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Mike LaBonte to write IBISCHK enhancement bug report for IBIS-ISS checking
  - Done

New parser bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bug reports.


IBIS-ISS parser:
Mike LaBonte showed bug214_draft1.txt He noted that the bug template called for
submitting to info@ibis.org, and asked if that should be changed.  Randy Wolff suggested
leaving it unchanged.  We reviewed and edited the bug report.  Mike will change example
terminal numbers 1 through 11 to something that does not have "11".  Bob Ross suggested
eliminating line numbers in the example IBIS snippet.  Randy said an IBIS-ISS testcase
file with a missing terminal could be provided.  Mike said 4 testcase files would be
needed for completeness: a working case, a missing subckt, a duplicate subckt, and a
missing terminal.  Bob said the developer would create testcase files, but we should
provide a working case.  Lance noted there may be continuation lines after subckt lines,
and it would be necessary to read those to get complete terminal lists.  Mike asked if
IBIS-ISS supported conditional includes, which would pose additional parsing challenges.
It was felt that was not supported.
